yes you are right it happens alot

About five or six children in every class of 30 I taught as a primary school classroom teacher were registered as having SEND, in line with the national statistics. Naturally, each of these needs varied enormously. A few children had very severe needs and required a lot of additional help with their Maths and English. Others had less obvious needs but still struggled to pay attention and keep still.
